Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the Codeator website. The site presents our Odoo implementation, customization and support services, and it has no user accounts, no shopping carts and no payments.
The data that reaches us
The only personal data we receive is what you type yourself into the contact form: your name, the name of your company or group, your job title, your email address, your phone number if you add it, and whatever you tell us about your companies and their systems in the body of the message.
The form works through email: when you press the send button, your email app opens with the message ready, and you review it and send it from your own address. The message passes through your email provider and ours, like any other email.
As with any website, the hosting server may keep routine technical logs, such as the IP address, the time of the request and the page requested, for operational and security purposes.
How we use your data
We use what you send for one purpose: replying to your enquiry, arranging the consultation, and continuing the conversation with you about it.
Sharing with other parties
Your data stays with Codeator. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with any other party, for marketing or for any other purpose. If the law requires us to disclose information to a competent official authority, we disclose only what is requested of us.
Cookies and tracking
In its current form, the site uses no tracking or analytics cookies, and no tools for measuring visits or serving advertising. If that changes in future, we will update this page and explain what was added and why.
Fonts and files
The fonts, images and scripts the site relies on are hosted on the site’s own server, so your browser connects only to our server when you browse its pages. Links that lead to other websites, such as the Sanarise network site, are subject to those sites’ own policies once you visit them.
Retention and deletion requests
We keep your correspondence for as long as it is needed to reply to you and to continue working with you. At any time you may ask to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or to have it deleted, by sending a message through the contact page that mentions the email address you wrote to us from.
Changes to this policy
We may amend this policy whenever the site or the way it works changes, and we record the date of the last update at the top of the page.
