What do we cover in the first session?

A working session with our team, in which we listen first and propose afterwards. We leave it with a clear picture of the group, and with what we need to draw up the implementation structure.

The companies in the group, what each one does, and the transactions that pass between them.
The systems in use today: Excel sheets, accounting software, another ERP system or paper records.
The currencies you work in, and how you handle the dinar and the dollar.
The reports your board needs, and when they are due.
The apps that matter to you in the first phase, and what can wait for later phases.

After you send the form

We read your message
Our team goes through what you wrote about the group and its systems, and prepares its questions before speaking with you.
We set a date for the session
We contact you by email to arrange a time that suits your team.
You receive a proposed structure
After the session we send you our outline of how the group’s companies would be structured on Odoo, and the implementation phases we propose.

Sending the form is enough for us to begin. If you also have the following to hand, the conversation in the session becomes more precise and closer to how your group really works.

A list of the group’s companies: The names of the companies and what they do, their branches and warehouses across the governorates, and how they relate to one another.
The current systems: What each company relies on today for its accounting, inventory and sales, and what you would like to keep.
Sample reports: The reports that go to the board today, and the reports you would like to be getting.
Who joins the session: The people attending from finance, IT and the management of the companies, so that every side is heard from the start.
